Here is the menu for the May 9 Grand Banquet on Midway's flight deck:

Classic Bruschetta, tapenade basil and sun-dried tomato torta, creamed chipped beef (made continental style with tender sliced beef with truffle cream sauce - just like on Rosie!)

BUFFET

baby greens + romaine + roasted pears + candied pecans + gorgonzola cheese + balsamic vinaigrette + raspberry (GF, VG)

BONELESS BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB

BTW: Roughly 1/3 of the banquet cost is for the setup etc. aboard Midway. They normally charge close to $30 pp but they are cutting that substantially for our reunion!
